The ThermoPro TP-03H is a compact digital thermometer for checking the internal temperature of meat and other foods. Its 100 mm (3.9 in) food-grade stainless steel probe reads the internal temperature of meat within 4 seconds, over a range of -50 to 300 °C (-58 to 572 °F) with 0.1 °C/°F resolution.

Accuracy is ±0.5 °C (±0.9 °F) between 0 and 100 °C (32 to 212 °F). The LOCK button holds the current reading on the display, and the user can re-calibrate the thermometer in an ice-water bath at 0 °C or return it to the factory setting at any time. The display switches between °C and °F, and readings outside the range are shown as LL.L or HH.H.

The unit is IPX6 waterproof, so it can be washed under running water, and a built-in magnet makes storage easy. It is designed for temporary hand-held use, not for leaving inside food or an oven during cooking. It runs on one 1.5 V AAA battery and is covered by ThermoPro's limited one-year warranty.
