The AP-1 belongs to HM Digital's AquaPro series of handheld TDS/EC meters, built with a sleek design for the modern kitchen. It measures total dissolved solids (TDS) in water from 0 to 5000 ppm (mg/L) with 1 ppm resolution and shows the water temperature at the same time on a large, easy-to-read LCD screen.

Readings are automatically temperature compensated (ATC) and converted from EC to TDS with the NaCl conversion factor (avg. 0.5). The meter is factory calibrated with a 342 ppm NaCl solution and can be recalibrated digitally with its push buttons instead of a screwdriver.

The water-resistant housing and magnetic body let you keep the tester on your fridge, ready for everyday checks. It comes with a cap and battery in a retail package and is covered by a 1-year warranty.
