The Comark KM14 is a waterproof digital pocket thermometer designed to be placed inside a commercial dishwasher. Its maximum temperature hold keeps the highest temperature reached during the cycle, so a quick reading shows whether the rinse reached the temperature needed to sanitize ware.
Combining accuracy, speed of response and durability, the KM14 measures from -4 °F to +400 °F with ±2 °F accuracy, samples every 1.5 seconds and responds in under 6 seconds. Readings can be shown in °F or °C, and the thermometer can be calibrated in the field.
Its stainless steel penetration probe (127 mm / 5 in SUS304 stainless steel stem) also lets the KM14 work as a conventional food probe thermometer for kitchen and HACCP checks.
