Wintact WT82 Digital Anemometer

The Wintact WT82 is a handheld digital anemometer that measures wind velocity and air temperature simultaneously. Wind velocity is measured from 0 to 30 m/s with a resolution of 0.1 m/s and an accuracy of ±5% ± 0.1, and can be displayed in five units: m/s, km/h, ft/min, knots and mph.

Wind temperature is measured from -10 to 45 °C (14 to 113 °F) with a resolution of 0.1 °C and an accuracy of ±2 °C, using a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) resistance sensor. The user can switch among maximum, average and current wind velocity, and the instrument also shows the Beaufort scale and a wind chill indication.

The WT82 is powered by three 1.5V AAA batteries and has a threaded socket on the back so that it can be mounted on a tripod. The manufacturer lists outdoor, office, school and home use as typical applications.
