HM Digital PH-80 pH HydroTester – pH & Temperature Meter

The HM Digital PH-80 is a reliable handheld pH meter for testing applications such as hydroponics and gardening, pools and spas, aquariums and reef tanks, water ionizers, drinking water, boilers and cooling towers, wastewater and more. It measures pH from 0 to 14 with a resolution of 0.1 pH and an accuracy of ±0.2 pH, and shows the temperature of the sample (1–80 °C / 33–176 °F) on the same large LCD at the same time.

The meter is factory calibrated to pH 7.0 and can be recalibrated quickly to pH 4.0, 7.0 or 10.0 with its one-touch automatic digital calibration (one point). Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC), a glass sensor with reference tube electrodes and a water-resistant housing make it suitable for routine field and bench checks. The manufacturer recommends calibrating at least once per month.

Before first use the sensor must be wetted in the electrode storage solution for at least 15 minutes; the meter is always stored with its cap on and the cap sponge kept moist. The PH-80 is covered by a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects.
