These 5-in-1 test strips are made for checking the water of swimming pools, spas and hot tubs. A single strip measures five parameters at once: total hardness, free chlorine (or bromine), cyanuric acid, total alkalinity and pH.
Testing is by visual colour comparison: each pad of the strip is matched against the colour chart printed on the bottle. The reference values listed for each parameter are given in the specifications table below.
Each bottle holds 100 strips. Shelf life is 2 years from production for an unopened bottle; once opened, the strips are best used within 90 days.
