The Lutron AM-4210 is a portable vane anemometer with a separate probe that shows air velocity (0.8 to 30.0 m/s) and air temperature together on a dual display. It also works as a type K/J thermocouple thermometer and logs up to 1,600 readings, with RS232 output.
The Lutron AM-4210 is a portable anemometer with a separate vane probe. Its dual function LCD shows the air velocity and the air temperature at the same time, and the low-friction ball-bearing vane wheel is accurate at both high and low velocities. Air velocity is measured from 0.8 to 30.0 m/s and can be displayed in five units: m/s, km/h, ft/min, knots and mile/h.
The meter is a 2 in 1 instrument: besides the anemometer it is a thermocouple thermometer that accepts type K or type J temperature probes with 0.1 degree resolution, in °C or °F. The thermocouple probes are optional accessories.
A manual and automatic data logger with selectable sampling time stores up to 1,600 readings, and the RS232 PC serial interface sends the data to a computer. The meter runs on a 006P DC 9V battery or a DC 9V adapter.
